Career Opportunities

Hocon is always looking for good employees. As the use of propane gas becomes more widely accepted, consumer demand, continues to fuel our expansion, we always need more talented employees to join our family. This page details the work environment and the requirements for the occasional jobs that are available.

We provide a wage and benefit package matched by few companies. Employee turnover is typically quite low which is one reason Hocon has become known as a good place to work. We expect these factors to continue for a long time.

Management has always felt that by providing a stable, long term approach to our wage and benefit package, the workforce will respond by going the extra distance when customer or seasonal demand dictates.
